Verification note: The Conseil de développement économique de l'Alberta (CDÉA) site lecdea.ca is broken (TLS certificate mismatch / HTTP 403). A Government of Canada backgrounder found in search describes Parallèle Alberta as the 2024 merger of the CDÉA and Accès Emploi Alberta; this is not stated on the Parallèle homepage. No separate 'Chambre de commerce francophone de Calgary' was found.
